Several scientific journals are the sources of data for this study. Utilizing search terms to locate articles in the Dimensions database that contain the term "Maqasid Waqf". There are 74 journal articles have been published which is relevant to the subject. Trends in the creation of publications were utilized to Examine data pertaining to the topic of the study using the bibliometric-displaying VOSviewer software by employing the meta-analysis method. There are numerous terms that are categorized into four groups. The first cluster contains twenty-five words that fall under the heading " Maqasid Sharia Value in Islamic Social Finance and SDG". Twenty-three words are grouped under the theme " Islamic law and Waqf Development" in the second cluster. Twelve terms in the third cluster pertain to the subject of "The Impact of Waqf to Sustainable Development”. The data used in this study are 2498 public indexed research on the theme of Islamic Economic and finance in the period 1976 to 2021. The map of research development in the field of Islamic Economic and finance is obtained through an export process which will be processed and analyzed using the R Biblioshiny application program. This study shows the results that the number of publications on the development of Islamic Economic and finance research has increased significantly. In addition, the results show that the journal that publishes the most and has the greatest impact on Islamic Economic and finance research is the Journal of Islamic and Middle Eastern Finance and Management. The author with the longest publication track record is Wilson R while the author with the highest quantity of publications is Hassan MK. The educational affiliation that has the most and relevant publications is International Islamic University Malaysi. Sukuk is a growing Islamic-based financial instrument that has a significant impact in the global financial market. Maqasid Sharia, or the purpose of sharia, has an important role in directing Islamic economic and financial practices. This study aims to explore how the concept of Maqasid Sharia has been applied in sukuk, as well as research trends relating to this topic during the period under study. Through bibliometric analysis and literature review, this paper will provide insight into the development of research related to Maqasid Sharia and sukuk during the period, as well as provide a better understanding of the contributions and challenges in implementing Sharia principles in sukuk financial instruments. The data used in this study were 42 indexed research publications with the theme waqf on health in the period 1994-2020. The map of research development in the field of waqf on health is obtained through the export process which will be processed and analyzed using the R Biblioshiny application program. The results showed that the number of waqf on health research publications experienced a development trend with a stagnant increase. Besides, the results show that the journal with the most publication and impact is the Journal of Islamic Accounting and Business Research. The country that contributes the most to waqf on health research is Malaysia. This study used a qualitative method with a bibliometric analysis approach. The data used is secondary data with the theme "Sukuk” which comes from the Scopus database with a total of 603 journal articles. The results of the study found that in the author mapping bibliometrics the author published the most research with the theme "Sukuk”Siswantoro. D.
