This research uses qualitative method with bibliometric analysis approach. The data used is secondary data with the theme "AI on Finance" which comes from the Dimension database with a total of 127 journal articles. Then, the data is processed and analyzed using the VosViewer application with the aim of knowing the bibliometric map of research development "AI on Finance" in the world. The results of the study found that in bibliometric author mapping the authors who published the most research with the theme "AI on Finance" were Bhattacharjee A; Al-Gasaymeh A.S; Arakpogun E.O; Wang X; Sharma S; Arner D.W; Yang J; Krishna S.H; Khan S; Singh R; Bansal R; Raffinetti E; and Marwala T. Furthermore, based on bibliometric keyword mapping, there are 5 clusters with the most used words are development; challenge, accounting, opportunity, economy, blockchain, and use. Then, the research path topics related to AI on Finance are AI in Islamic Finance, Enterprise AI Development in Finance, AI in Behavioral Finance, Green Finance and AI, and AI Access in Accounting.</p> Ririn Riani Copyright (c) 2023 Digital Economics Review 2024-03-26 2024-03-26 1 1 10.58968/der.v1i1.476 Factors Affecting the Gig Economy of Labor Productivity in Ride Hailing Services https://journals.smartinsight.id/index.php/DER/article/view/474 <p>The development of the term "<em>gig economy</em>" is an alternative for workers amid economic instability where the basis of work is based on market demand. The <em>gig economy </em>system is characterized as freelancers or independent contractors who have short-term working relationships with a number of clients in return for a wage determined according to the task or amount of work. The purpose of this study is to explain and assess how elements such as religiosity, compensation, and work rights protection affect the productivity of the "gig economy" workforce in the ride-hailing services PT Gojek Indonesia. The object of this study, 122 GoJek drivers in Jabodetabek were surveyed quantitatively using the structural equation modeling method (SEM-PLS). The result of this study indicates that the factors of religiosity, compensation, work rights protection have a significant effect on the productivity of the "gig economy" workforce in ride-hailing services. However, not much research with the object of research in Islamic social fund institutions, one of which is zakat institutions in Indonesia. This study tries to measure the productivity performance of zakat institutions. This study uses the Malmquist Productivity Index method with DEAP 2.1 software. Data were obtained from eleven zakat institutions with a five-year research period from 2016 to 2020. This study uses the Malmquist Productivity Index method with DEAP 2.1 software. The method is a qualitative one that makes use of secondary data from articles that were published and indexed by Scopus between 2005 and 2022. This data was processed using Microsoft Excel 16 and analyzed using Nvivo 12 Plus software, which performs automatic coding and classification to create a structured file system. The results of this study suggest that Islamic economic research is beginning to increasingly focus on digital financial inclusion. The majority of the 595 articles that were published claimed that the economy and mobile services are related to digital financial inclusion. “Financial”, “digital”, “inclusion”, “services”, “study”, “development”, “mobile”, “finance”, “technology”, and “economics” are the words that frequently appear with the most frequency in journals with digital financial inclusion subjects. Unusually, there are variations in the sentiment analysis findings. Whereas the sentiment is relatively favorable when it is evaluated based on the title, index keywords, and abstract, the sentiment is quite negative when it is evaluated based on the author keywords. This study is anticipated to contribute to the present academic studies on digital financial inclusion. This study aims to determine the extent of the development of research on the theme of Digital economy in Indonesia. The results of the study show that the number of research publications related to this topic is 490 journal articles indexed by Dimensions. In the development of research related to Digital economy in Indonesia based on bibliometric keyword mapping, it is divided into 4 clusters with the most used words are technology, industry, economy, government, role, country, community, system, innovation, covid, and service.
