COVID-19, Economic Policy, BibliometricAbstract
This bibliometric analysis examines the evolution of trends from various economic policy studies conducted in several countries during the COVID-19 pandemic in scientific literature published in journals equipped with a digital-object-identifier. Seven hundred forty academic publications discussing economic policy were evaluated during the COVID-19 period. The data were then analyzed using the VOSviewer application to create a bibliometric map of economic policy research developments during the COVID-19 epidemic. The findings indicate that the most frequently occurring keywords are related to Fiscal Policy, Macroeconomics, Monetary Policy, Economic Recovery, and Gross Domestic Product (GDP). Hence, this research also includes information on the economic strategies that have been adopted in many countries around the world to overcome the COVID-19 pandemic.
